LONDON...

I want to talk about this trip! I know its quite random suddenly, but i figured better late than never. So obviously I’ve been to many places, so why “London?” I will explain, this trip was done on utmost spontaneity, i was actually at the Amalfi Coast in Italy with a friend, a trip we had booked together a month before and i believe we were close to ending our trip and felt a bit down about it (bc we had such a great time). So as we are sitting on one of our last dinners (with that feeling of ...ughhhh I don’t want to go back home and face reality), i say to her on pure sarcasm “where are we off to next?” (We are kind of all about conquering places, and spots that we have never been to before). So the first thing she says is... lets go to London next month, and i say “Ok, I’ve never been....” now why? Have i never been there, so reason is everyone always says its a gloomy grey city with nothing but rain and depressing people. So why would someone that is looking for a fun getaway or trip and is spending thousands, really want that? Right? But luckily for me i never listen to anything anyone ever says (sometimes i do the exact opposite, I guess I’m rebellious in that kind of way). As we part ways in Italy, i go back to Miami, she goes back to NYC (where she lives). I get off my flight, I’m ubering home, and no joke once i open my apartment door... i get a text message from her saying “So are we booking London next month or what?” And before i even have a chance to unpack! I say “Yes, lets book now...” and went straight onto my Mac and booked this trip below. Now some people are telling me i had nothing but pure luck! why? Because the weather was amazing, sun was out, wasn’t too cold, and people were very friendly and quite “proper”, Which i guess shouldn’t come by surprise! It’s definitely a Fashion capital to me! I think the style, the places, the hair, the looks....are so trendy and hip, and i felt very safe there. I would definitely go back! below you will see my outfits and looks...that i decided to go with for this trip.

Above, are just a few of my LONDON looks… as you can see the weather was cold but not too bad, it was beginning of October and the sun was still out (which came to me by surprise). I expected more gloomy, but got super lucky with great weather. We stayed at the Mondrian in the center of London, which was a great location (pretty much walking distance to everything), with a pretty cool rooftop bar. I wore a lot of stockings and booties, most of my stockings are from Wolford which is my favorite designer for women’s stockings. I really enjoyed the vibe in London, it was very hipster but yet chic, and i would definitely go back again to visit. (P.S. They all speak english lol) feel free to comment or reach out with any inquiries.
